Pst Backup not showing available pst's to backup

Hi all. I am using Outlook 2003 sp2 with the pst backup tool. I have it
installed but when I choose backup & options, the box under "backup files" is
blank. It says "no personal folder files are currently open". I have two
..pst's open, they are my archive pst and then the one I use all the time.
What do I need to do to get them to show up in the list?

I have used this before and have noticed that sometimes it works fine and
sometimes it doesn't. It just seems hit or miss as to if it picks up my
..pst's or not.

What am I doing wrong?
