PST Backup utility/locked file??

The problem that I have is that when I set the Personal
Folders Backup utility to backup my .PST file to a server
location, it says that something is locking the file.
Even when I am out of Outlook all together and there is
nothing open that could have a hook into my .PST. Any
ideas?

Possibly OL still a running process?
I'm assuming no fax/other OL addins.

No, Outlook is not still running.....checked that. What
types of plugins would keep the PST locked when Outlook
isnt even running? I dont believe I have anything
installed anyway....

Personally I would'nt have believed any would do this, but its one thing to
check.
If you run scanpst.exe on the pst does it run OK? you might be advised to
create a copy of your pst, to some other location on your hd, prior to doing
this.
