PST export estimate (time)

I'm planning for a conversion from POP3 to Exchange.

Can anyone provide any import time estimates for PST file sizes?

250mb
500mb
1gb

Obviously, I know that a lot of factors will effect this time (LAN
speed, defrag on drives, network traffic, PC and server specs).

But I'm simply looking for very rough estiamtes.
