PST file errors noticed after moving emails/calendar entries.

I've posted about this before and there doesn't seem to be any solution for me yet so I thought I'd post another clue to where the problem could be.

Basically, I've been running scanpst.exe to try to see why I get errors. The errors ONLY ever appear when I run scanpst.exe and not otherwise. Other than the error that scanpst.exe detects, outlook 2007 is working great.

I noticed that if I move emails and calendar entries to my archive folder ond delete folders, that although all appears well, if I run scanpst it either finds inconsistancies or errors.

It never seems to find errors or inconsistancies unless I move files/folders around. I generally just click repair and they repair within milliseconds.

If all is well, I'm never supposed to see errors if I run scanpst routinely, right?

You wont see any err's unless scanpst finds them
If scanpst reports an err, after you have fixed it run scanpst again. - you
need at least one clear pass after any repair -
I would suspect that they are indexing err's, as result of folders being
moved, but why I cannot say. It may be that the index is just being rebuilt
after the move.
I'm not sure whether its wise to run scanpst 'routinely'
