PST File gets deleted HELP!!

I deleted the PST file by accident from Outlook 2007, my emails and contacts
all got deleted............ What can I do I need these files for work!!! HELP

And you don't have a back up? If you've deleted it, it's gone. Now you
know that back up is a computer user's best friend. You do know how to
back up the .pst file, right?

Recover from the Recycle bin, or failing that, from a recent backup.
Are you ABSOLUTELY SURE that you really deleted the file? What makes you
think you did delete it? It's a hidden file so is pretty hard to delete by
"accident"....

Yes its gone I deleted the wrong one by accident.... I checked the trash and
could not find it, I also checked my Back Up, and there is only one thing in
the Outlook folder....

So you physically deleted it in Windows Explorer...rather than closing
it within Outlook or removing it from the profile in Control Panel-Mail?
Then if you have no backup and it's not in the recycle bin you are out
of luck.

You can't delete a PST from within Outlook. Why don't you describe what you
really did? Be exact.

I think there is some confusion here. Please tell us EXACTLY what you did.
What EXACTLY do you mean by "deleted it from Outlook 2007"?
If all you did was to remove the pst file within Outlook, then you have NOT
deleted it. That only way you can physically delete a pst file is to go to
the folder that contains it in Windows Explorer, highlight the file and
press the "delete" key.
