.PST File Help

I had an administrator retire. She left a very big mailbox which the new
administrator likes to have as reference. I've given her rights to open the
mailbox so for now, she is happy. My problem is the mailbox is pretty big
and is taking up space on my hard drive which is getting closer and closer
to being full.

Is there a way to copy the mailbox to a .PST file and burn it to a CD where
no permissions are required? I tried EXMERGE. Didn't work. Wanted
creditinials from who knows what.
