XP Pro system using Outlook 2000. Outlook backup.pst file created and moved
to the network server. XP reloaded on system, when attempting to import the
backup.pst file, Outlook stops responding. The first attempt started
importing the files and folders, but the network connection was lost.
Subsequent attempts cause outlook to stop responding. Scanpst find no
problems with the file. The following is the text output file from that
process:

**Attempting to validate BBT
**Attempting to validate NBT
**Attempting to validate BBT refcounts
??Couldn't find BBT entry in the RBT (14ED20)
**Attempting to validate header NID high-water marks
**Beginning PST/OST recovery
**Attempting to recover all top-level objects
**Attempting to walk all folders
**Attempting to locate any orphaned folders/messages
**Attempting to check top-level objects for consistency
**Updating folder hierarchy

I have read some info on using Hex editor but am not very familiar with that
use.
Any suggestions?
