PST FILE ISSUES

I am having problem regarding about pst file. I have a pst file that is saved
in the network drive that is shared between me and my manager. Now my manager
opened the file and forget to close it and he is out of office. Is there any
that I can acess that pst file when i try to open it it says files is already
opened by some resources.

You will have to open his outlook, and close it properly before you cab
access it.
That's why MS does NOT support using pst files across a network!

That's correct, short of turning his machine off, but that could lead to
corruption of the PST.
