Where do I copy the pst file to when working with XP Pro?

Depends on what you are doing with it.
Making a backup? Copy it to the Outlook Backup folder.
Restoring it? Copy it to the desktop, check the properties, attributes and
make sure the readonly is unchecked.
Open Outlook and import the file from the desktop.
