PST fro Outlook 2003 useable with Outlook 2007?

If I have a desktop with Win XP Pro with Outlook 2003 and a Laptop with Win
XP Pro and Outlook 2007 can I copy the Outlook 2003 pst and use it with
Outlook 2007?

Is the reverse avaible also?
