Is there a way to reverse a pst import? I've imported some email by mistake
into the wrong folder and I'm wondering if there's a faster way of deleting
of what was imported instead of delete thousands of emails manually?

There's no way to reverse an import. You should never import a PST anyway
as it telnds to damage the mail profile. You could display your folder in a
table view and sort by modification date. Newly imported messages will have
a current modification date.
