PST sharing in outlook 2000 (various platforms)

Hi.

I've been trying to share a pst file on a local network for several users to
move and retreive emails to/from. So far, I've been able to have other users
import the file but sharing is still a problem. From what I've read, 2000
should allow sharing. Any advice? Ideally, I'd like several users to be able
to have the pst file open at any one time.
