I have a pst located in the My Documents folder and create a dozen Shortcuts
pointing to the pst... this works fine. However, every morning when I
restart the laptop, I'm prompted to enter the password and it accepts it with
no issues. But I then get the following error message: "The set of folders
is not available. Contact your administrator if this condition persists."
The pst seems to be fine as I check it with SCANPST. The only resolution I
know of is to right-click on the PST in the Folders List and close it, then
reopen the pst via File-Open_Data file. when that completes successfully,
all Shortcuts for that pst are gone. It's a hassle to re-create every
morning. Using Outlook 2003 SP3 on XP SP2. Any ideas what causes this an
how to fix? Thanks.
