PSTPRX.DLL not found??

I just installed XP on my system replacing 2000. Whenever I open outlook
2002 I get an error that states that PSTPRX.DLL cannot be found. MAPI can
not connect to the account.

I have installed all service patches available, but still have the issue.
Any suggestions?
