PUB 2003 file cant be opened in 2007

I have a PUB file that can be open on any computer with Publisher 2003 BUT
on a Vista machine wioth Publisher 2007 I get "Publisher cannot open the
file" screen.

Anyone knows what brings this about? Usually it should be the other way
around.
