Pub 2003 Permanently disable all synchronization

I have a website that I have been using and updating the past few years.
Every time I update a text box with a hyperlink and then click on another
text box that has a hyperlink all the text boxes on the entire sheet changes
to the first one. How do I disable synchronization permanently, forever.

You can mess around with trying to disable synchronization, but I find the
most sure fire way is to simply delete the old text box, create a new text
box perhaps in the scratch area or a different part of the page and drag the
new into the space where the old text box was.
