Pub 2003 Web Page Hyperlinks From Thumbnails

I upgraded software with a new computer and am using
Publisher 2003 up from Publisher 97. I never had any
problems hyperlinking thumbnail pictures with '97 but the
hyperlinked thumbnail pictures in Publisher 2003 will not
work. Please advise a solution.
