Could anyone tell me how to speed up my site?
I did this in Pub 2003.

Change the design. Simpler is faster.
Perfect examples are google.com and yahoo.com

examples of suggestions:
- drop the background image
- use a textual menu instead of the graphical
- pull shadows, etc. off images
- use optimized images (use your favorite photo editor to size the image
wanted on the web page and save it in web resolution (96 dpi) and then
insert that copy on the page) instead of full size original print resolution
images.
- use simpler, smaller, fewer images
- drop the script from the status bar
