Pub 2007 Navigation Bar

I added two new pages to my web site. I am trying to add the navigation bars
and it just won't let me. When I click on the wizard that pops up nothing
happens. If I try to copy the navigation bar to paste on the new page, it
tells me 'Publisher cannot complete the operation'. If I go to the Insert -
Navigation Bar and click on existing, it gives me another error message
telling me Publisher needs to shut down. Why is it doing this?

When you want to add a page to a Pub 2007 web publication you go to Insert >
Page. In that dialog on the bottom of the page be sure to check "Add
hyperlink to navigation bars". Click "more" if you don't want to add a blank
page or one of the other page types on that dialog. The next dialog again
has the check box option of adding hyperlink to navbar. Be sure and check
it.

If you forgot to check the option of adding the page to the navbar when you
inserted the page, then go to that page, Tools > Web Page options and check
the "Add hyperlinks to new navigation bars that are added to this
publication" > OK. Then go to the page you want to add to the navbar >
Format > Navigation Bar Properties. In that dialog make sure the option to
"update this navigation bar with links to new pages that are added to this
publication" is checked. Then click "add link...". A new Add link...dialog
comes up, select the page you want to add, and ok. That should add that page
to your navbar.
