Pub. Cal. Appt. Dates Disappear

I have a user who creates new appointments in a public
calendar, prints the calendar, and all appts. appear
accurate. The following day, the entries seem to have
disappeared. In fact, if you search by text, they are
still there but the dates are blank. (Start Date=None,
End Date=None).

We had this problem and discovered that Norton (Symantec)
Anti virus was scanning that data and causing the
appointments to disipear. Our corrective action was to
configure Norton so those files were not scanned.
