Pub2003 - calendar start day

Hi, the old Publisher wizard let you choose your calendar
start day (monday or sunday). There is no option in 2003.
I have checked the regional settings on my pc.
We basically need Publisher to give us an option to start
the calendar on a monday or a sunday.
Thanks for any ideas

Microsoft decided you no longer needed that option, and who do you think you
are questioning their decision. You people are unbelievable questioning
Microsoft's decisions made in your interests.

What you need to do is go to Control Panel > Regional & Language Options and
change it to a country like Australia and then re-boot your computer and now
not only will you have your calendar starting on Sunday, you will also have
a proper Metric measuring system.
