Hello!
Two of over 50 users have reported of this problem happening now and then.
One of the users synchronises with a notebook, but the other has no other
device than his PC.
All user work with Citrix, so the Outlook client is on the same server for
many users - none other had this problem (till now!).
Maybe this is only an aspect of another phenomenon: The Outlook of one of
these users shows folders of different types in the wrong navigation pane,
for example Contacts and Calendar show under "Mail" or Contacts (and also
public adress lists) show up under "Calendar".
Thanks for any help
Esteban
