Hi,
We have a number of resources, (training room, meeting room, projector etc)
setup as mailboxes on Exchange 2003, this allows us to schedule the resource
for meetings and such, so that other uses can see its booked, and get
warnings if they try to schedule it at the same time.
This works fine for all of our users when they book out the resources.
However, we have a public training calendar (under all public folders),
which allows our users to enter training information and dates, but if we
try to enter a training course, invite attendees, and book one of the
resources, the meeting doesn't seem to show up in the resources calendar,
this means that other uses could book the resource at the same time!
Is there a way to get a public calendar to schedule resources?
Many thanks
Ben
