We have a Microsoft Outlook 2003 public calender with multiple appointments
for one day. In selecting the "1 Day" layout, all the appointments show up
as vertical icons, no information is displayed. You actually have to open
the icon/appointment to view any information about the appointment. I have
tried expading the calendar area, changing the settings in "Other Settings"
and changed the time display, font display etc. This does not help. If the
"7 Day" layout is selected it only displays a small portion of the
appointments for the day. If the down arrow is selected for the day, it
defaults back to the "1 Day" layout for the day.
How can you view the information for all appointments for one day when you
have multiple appointments for the day?
