Public Calendar

Can anyone provide some information on how to create a
public calendar and make it available offline? I have a
2000 Exchange server and Outlook 2002 and so far all of
the information I have found through hours and hours of
scouring the Internet and reading exchange books has
been "sketchy" at best. Plenty of people have written
overviews of how it works, but I would like some detail on
how to actually set it up. There must be some more
information without having to become an MCSE.

Thanks......

Create a folder in Public Folders to hold appointment items. Tell each user to drag it to their Public Folders/Favorites, then bring up the properties for the copy in Favorites and set it for offline use. (In Outlook 2002 or later, set up offline use in the Send/Receive Settings dialog.
