HI
just a quick question. after spending a long timre netering our work events
in the public calendar in outlook, to my horror i found out no-one else can
see them! on my desktop they are there, ont he computer next to mine (and
others) are not showing.
can anyone help?

also, on an appointment in a public calendar (a meeting) on a different
public calendar, still same work system (exchange server) i used the lower
section to make notes for the agenda, however no one seem to be able to read
my notes (i.e. the section shows as empty)

is anyone wiser? advice and help very much appreciated!
thanks, resi

You aren't marking the events as private are you?

Version of Outlook? Are they caching the folder contents?

Are you using cached exchange mode? In tools, accounts, under More Settings
for the Exchange acct, are they caching public folder favorites?
