Hi All ...
We are running Exchange server, Outlook 2003 at work and we have a need
to share a fair bit of business process information (tasks and journal
info) about specific contacts.
We figure we can use the "public contacts" for clients we need to work
on, but whenever we create tasks or journal items for one of these
contacts, the tasks or journal items are saved in our private tasks or
journals ... note, the tasks do not need to be assigned to any one
specific person for actioning.
Is there any way we can keep tasks and other journal items in the
"public" area so we can all work on and review the progress of the
processes?
