Public Document Site Creation.

I did the complete installation of the blank site using the editsite and the
setupdb.cmd. The blank site is fulling functional but I am not able to access
Public document site
"http://server1:6666/sites/test_MS_ProjectServer_PublicDocuments"

Error when i click on above url it shows is "The Web site that is referenced
here is not in the configuration database."

When i go to "Connect to Share Point Server" and click "Save Changes" it
gives following error message.

"Warning: the Project Server Public document site does not exist. The public
documetns feature will not be available in project web access.

Please run SharePoint configuration Wizard to create the Public Documents
Site"

I tried with "Windows SharePoint Serivces Configuration Wizard" available
on Project Server installatin CD under "Microsoft Windows SharePoint
Services".
I tried the above configuration wizard with the sample site created from
sample database and also on the blank site created using the editsite tool.
Both this site has the same problem.

Can i get the step by step things to resolve this?
