Public Documents in PWA

Hello

I want some documents to be shared for all the projects and accessible only
for PWA users. Which is the best way to do this? Also what can we give
different security levels for each user, as we want one resource to be the
owner for these uploaded document while rest of the users will be just
readers.

In WSS 2.0 version you can only have permissions set at the document library
level per user. If you need to control permissions down to a folder level,
you might consider creating document libraries for each special group of
user permissions. If you need it down to the document level per user, you
might want to use password protected files.

In WSS 3.0 version you can manage permissions down to the folder and
document level.
