This is a great clip art resource... however, I'm wondering if the images on it are public domain? Thanks.

Neither the clips included with Office nor the clips on
office.microsoft.com/clipart are public domain. See the "Terms of use" link
in the footer of the page for more info.

Hi Al,

IIf you're referring to http://office.microsoft.com/clipart then
no, they're not public domain, although you can still use them
in a variey of ways.

From the Terms of use link at the very bottom of the page :)
