Our company has a public diary - a public folder of appointments. If I create
an entry and invite myself, attendees and resources, then in my own calendar I
can see attendees but not resources (under the scheduling tab). Is this a
consequence of creating the appointment under a public folder? If so then how
do I create an appointment in my own calendar and get it to appear in the
public diary too? (I've tried inviting the public diary but it is not listed
anywhere.)
All the resources have editor permission for their Outlook Calendar resource
scheduling permissions.
MS Outlook 2002, Exchange 2003.
Thanks
