Andrea
Here's our situation:
We recently moved our company network environment to a different
organization and during the process, upgraded software as well. The
old system was: Windows NT Terminal Server, Exchange 5.5, Outlook
2000. We have a several public folders that use custom forms, but only
one public folder that I also had several rules set up based on
criteria on the custom form fields. An example is: if the Sales Rep
field contains Andrea Kalli forward a copy of the public folder item
to Andrea Kalli. These rules worked great.
Our new environment: Windows 2003 Terminal Server, Exchange 2000,
Outlook 2003.
Then we moved our network over to the new system, and I had to go into
the public folder to re-setup the rules. However, when I click on the
advanced button to select the custom form and enter the criteria only
one of the custom fields shows up in the window where they are
normally displayed. THe form is published to the Org Library. What's
strange is that there is a scroll bar on the right indicating the rest
of the fields are there, but only one is being display and I am not
able to check the checkbox to select it nor does the scroll bar move.
One time when I was trying to check the checkbox I got an error
telling me there wasn't enough memory and to close some windows, but
there were no other windows open that I could close. I have tested
this on the other public folders that use custom forms and the same
thing happens, I can select the custom form from the Org Library but
only one or two of the custom fields are displayed in the window. I
also tested this in a non-terminal server environment logged on as
administrator and the same thing happens.
I know this is a long message, but any ideas on what is causing this?
Thanks in advance,
Andrea Kalli
