Public Folder Calendar-Permissions Issue i think...?

We are a global size company using Exch 5.5 with Outlook
2003 clients. I am having troubles with a calendar in
the Public folders.

I have set up a Calendar in a public folder and given
Owner permissions to our Sales Group for the West Coast.
My guys here in Oregon can view the calendar and set
appt's, but the guys down in Arizona get the gray screen
saying "unable to view folder"...

is there a setting for the WAN connection or something in
Exch 5.5 i am missing?

Please advise and thanks in advance.
