Public Folder Calendars - Time Zone Difference

User in Colorado (MST) sets up an all day event on 5/19

But users in NY see it as a two day event due to the time differece.

I am in EST and I see the following:

Start Time:Tues 5/19/2009 12:00AM EST (All Day event is checked)
End Time:Wed 5/20/2009 12:00AM EST

What are they doing wrong. The users in MST see a 1 day event. The users in
EST see it as a two day event. It is not adjusting the time difference.

This is correct. An all-day event in MST runs for 12AM to 12AM in the MST
time. This is, by definition, 1AM to 1AM in CST and 2AM to 2AM in EST.
All-day events don't move with the time zone any more than non-all-dat events
do.

No that doesnt make sense. It ends up being a TWO day event when it overlaps
which every ALL DAY event would do when viewed in a different time zone from
which it was created. This is an ALL DAY event. It is not reflected as
1am-1am or 2am-2am. It is reflected on Two calendar days as all day events.
