Public Folder - contacts

I have a couple of questions (using Windows XP, Office
XP, Small Business Server (with Exchange).
1. Can Smart tags from Word point to a Public Folder to
insert an address - get an error message "microsoft
Outlook could not find the requested client"?
2. Where are the memo and letter files stored in Outlook -
need to change the layout of these forms and add new
ones?
3. Are there any really good books about Public Folders -
contacts mainly?
