Public Folder Contacts

Jonathan Parminter

Hi, I have created a Public Folder for a department to
store common contact details. They can see this folder and
add/edit/remove items, as well as right-click to send a
message to these contacts.

Where do I change a setting so that members of this
department can see this folder in the Select Names dialog
drop-down list that shows names from folders such as the
Global Address List?

Any suggestions or ideas appreciated :)

Cheers
Jonathan

Just make sure the folder is set as an Outlook Address Book.
Right-click on it and select Properties. Go to the Outlook Address
Book tab and make sure it's checked to be an address book.

In Outlook, right-click the Contacts folder, and then click Properties.
Click the Outlook Address Book tab.
Click to select the Show this folder as an Email Address Book chec
box, and then click OK
