Public Folder Favorites in Outlook 2007

We have downloaded public folder favorites in Outlook 2007. When we change
the permissions in exchanges for the folders, it takes very long time to
update the permissions on these public folder favorites. Is there a setting
to speed up the sync from exchange to these public folder favorites?
