Public folder items read tracking... how?

Hello all!

How do I track (if at all) users' activities in a public
folder? I mostly need to know which users have read a
document or a note I put there as a Publishing Author or
Editor... Maybe something like "Reading Confirmation
Receipt", or "Tracking" like I have for my Sent Items, or
any other opportunity...

In Novell GroupWise there is this feature right in the
Properties of a Library. In Outlook I could not find
anything like that.

Anyone can help?

Tracking has to be done in a folder in your default mail store, not in
a folder in Exchange public folders.
