Hi,
I have developed a php based calendar application that runs on the company intranet and displays peoples' availability (holidays, business trips etc). One project team use an Outlook public folder to record team meetings etc. As the outlook folder is email enabled I have developed a script that sends a .vcs (v calendar) file as an email attachment to the public folder but because the public folder isn't owned by anybody there isn't anybody there to open the email and for the appointment to appear in the public folder calendar. Is it possible to write a macro in the public folder that automatically opens up an email (say with a certain character string in the subject line) thereby displaying the appointment in the public calendar?
Thanks
Paul
