We have one user with Outlook 2003 who is unable to view the contact folders
under "All Public Folders." I have given him owner permissions for both of
them. He is able to view the public calendars. There is no error stating that
he doesn't have permissions, it just says "There are no items to show in this
view." I checked to make sure he did not have a Find Filter applied and
clicked Clear but it didn't change anything.
If I log into his account using Outlook Web Access, he is able to view the
public contacts.
Another user on the same machine is able to access those two public contact
folders just fine.
