Public Folder / Private Folder Sync tool

Does anyone know of a public folder to private folder sync tool? And is it
bi-directional?

I have a small business that uses public folders for shared contacts, shared
calendar and shared tasks, and only one user is using Windows Mobile Six. I
am hoping to sync folders so the data can come across the air with ActiveSync.
