Public Folder problem.

I have an employee who has a very strange issue with viewing certain public folders. He has at least Author access to both, but he can only view the items in only one folder. When he tries to open the other folder, the folder looks empty (both folders are calendars). There are no error messages. The calendar shows the days of the months but no appointments. He then closes down Outlook and reopens it. When he goes to the problem folder it nows shows all of the appointments, but now the other one looks empty.

It only seems to be happening on his machine and I have no idea what could be wrong.
