public folder view always on the top

a user mailbox public folder is always on the top and i noticed that display
doesn't have [ mailbox - username ]

i went to regedit to change display name to [ mailbox -username ] still
didn't take effect. computer is windows 2000 and outlook 2000.

i made this change on XP with outlook 2000 and it work. just not on windows
2000 OS. any solutions ?
