We are using Entourage 2004 v11.4 to access a public contacts directory on our mail server. When viewing this directory in the folders list view, the contacts can be browsed. Entourage shows column headings for 'catagory', 'folder' and 'projects' by default. One can remove these columns by right-clicking on the column heading, but after quitting and relaunching Entourage, these columns reappear. Is there a way of permanently removing these columns from this view?
