I am connected to our network and receiving emails but can't see
public folders at all. I have seen similar questions posted, but
haven't see a satisfactory answer yet. Most answers assume I can see
the folders but can't subscribe, but I can't see them at all...

Are you using Entourage 2008 (12.x) or Entourage for EWS (13.x)?

If you are still using 12.x then verify with your Exchange administrator
that you have the correct public folders server. It's not necessarily
the same as your Exchange server.

If you are using 13.x then verify with your Exchange administrator that
your public folders server has been upgraded to Exchange Server 2007 SP1
with roll-up 4 or later.

Hope this helps!

It appears we are still using Exchange 2003. What options does that
leave me?

If your Exchange account is also on 2003 then verify that you have the
correct public folder server.

If you're saying that you are using Entourage Web Services Edition and
your public folders are still on 2003, then you have no options but to
wait for it to be migrated to 2007.

Hope this helps!
