Public Folders Calendar

We have recently set up a Public Folders Calendar so that
the whole company can enter their movements and view
others' movements. People will continue to use their own
Calendars too.

Is it possible to link people's individual calendars to
this new public folder calendar to so that we do not have
to enter our appointments in both?

Also, when we use Outlook to 'invite' people to meetings,
can both personal and public folders be updated if the
invitation is accepted?

All help appreciated.
