We recently upgraded to Entourage 11.2.4. In addition to each user
having their own Exchange account setup for email, our company also has
a Public Folder account called "Submit" which is setup to receive
customer messages containing attachments. A handful of employees have
access to this Public Folder.
Since installing the Entourage upgrade we have noticed that we now
receive the "Get Entire Message" error on any emails containing
attachments that come into the "Submit" account. We have verified the
Options for the user's account are set to Receive Complete Messages,
but this has no bearing on the Public Folder account. Is there any way
to get the entire message to show up in the Public Folder account
automatically?
