Public Folders not showing - Outlook 2002

I have a client with an SBS 2003 Server who's having a problem with one
Outlook 2002/XP client that can't see the Public Folders.

I've actually logged in as that user via OWA and I can see the Public
Folders fine. I've also logged in as her in a terminal services session on
the server and I can see the Public Folders using Outlook 2003.

So it seems like a local problem on that particular workstation. I'm remote
to them and don't have access right now, but have been trying to help via
email. Any ideas on some obvious things that I'm overlooking? Should I just
have her create a new profile?

Thanks,
John

I'd probably create a new profile to test....but you can do that with her if
you use remote assistance, which you can get to if you go to RWW, presuming
they've got that opened up. Very nice for tech support.

I'd post in microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs if you have more questions.
