Public Folders not showing up in Outlook

I am new to the Public Folders thing, and I am trying to setup a public
folder that I can put outlook templates in so everyone in our company can
use. I created a public folder through the Exchange System Manager and I
gave myself full permissions to test, but the folder does not show up in my
version of Outlook. Is there something that I am doing wrong.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.
