Public Folders

Hello,
I currently allow staff in my department to switch shifts with each other as long as it doesn't create overtime for either staff member switching. The switches are currently done on paper and it is cumberson to research the switches when there is a concern with a staff memeber not showing up for work but being on the assignment. I would like to switch this to an electronic sign up in the public folder section of outlook. Currently all staff have access to outlook via email. Any ideas out there to help me set something up. It has to be secure so that if I sign up with someone else a third party cannot go in and change it. Any ideas will be appreciated.
Mike

Permissions on public folders can be set so only the person who makes the
appointment can change it.
